Appointment booked with more than 7 days notice

Urgent animal health certificate - £300

Appointment booked with less than 7 days notice

Fit-to-fly certificate - £150

Routine export health certificate - £250

Appointment booked with more than 7 days notice

Urgent export health certificate - £300

Appointment booked with less than 7 days notice

Additional pet - £50 each

Up to a maximum of 5 pets per certificate.

Late evening and weekend visits - £50

Visits outside of radius - price on discussion

Payment terms

Payment is made via bank transfer after the booking is confirmed. For routine appointments, this is due 7 days before the appointment.

More than 7 days notice - full refund

48hrs to 7 days notice - 50% refund

Less than 48hrs notice - no refund
