Our radius

We operate on a home visit basis, serving clients across Central and Greater London.

For clients in London, there are no additional visit fees — everything is included.

Locations outside of London will be considered but will incur an extra fee (price on discussion).

What we don’t offer

As a bespoke travel service, we want to be crystal clear about what we can and can’t offer your pet.

It’s important to remain registered under your regular vet for medical care.

Rabies vaccinations

These need to be carried out by your regular vet in advance of travel

General veterinary care

All other veterinary care, including emergency cover, must still be provided by your regular vet

Prescription medication

We are unable to provide medications for your pet, whether or not they are travel-related

Diagnostic testing

At present, if infectious disease testing is required for travel, this need to be carried out by your regular vet
