Pricing and cancellation policy
Payment is made via bank transfer after the appointment is confirmed, due 7 days before the date of the appointment.
For appointments cancelled with more than 7 days notice, the fee will be refunded in full.
For appointments cancelled with 48 hours to 7 days notice, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment will incur no refund.
Where travel dates are altered, efforts will be made to reschedule your appointment where possible.
Delays in payment will result in postponement of the appointment until the fee is paid in full.
In the rare event Pet Nomads needs to cancel an appointment, the fee will be refunded in full.
Duty of care
Pet Nomads is a bespoke travel service and does not administer veterinary treatments or pharmaceuticals.
Your pet must remain under the care of a regular veterinary surgeon for all preventative and non-routine care, including out of hours cover during the certification process.
Travel-related vaccines and parasite treatments need to be obtained from your regular vet.
Limits of liability
Whilst every effort will be undertaken to assist with the travel process, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure you meet import and export criteria for the destination country.
Pet Nomads accepts no liability for any changes to travel plans or cancellation thereof related to the certification process.
Data protection
Pet Nomads processes data such as client details and clinical veterinary history in order to complete the certificate, in accordance with GDPR.
Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties except under the specific request of the client to whom the data pertains (e.g. to communicate with the regular vet).
